Franchisees are independent business owners who set own terms of employment, including wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees.Benefits• Salary/Pay Range: $15/hr + tips• Paid training• Meal and Drink discountsEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe barista will be responsible for:performing shift opening and closing duties as assigned.greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and serving beverages, and food items in accordance with established service standards.cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining the store standards.ensuring that proper food handling procedures are followed.stocking and replenishing food, beverages and utensils as needed.ensuring consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicating shortages as necessary.efficiently serving customers by being knowledgeable about offerings.assist with various administrative duties including ordering products, organizing stockrooms, coordinating vendors, etc.researching and resolving quality and service complaints and/or issues.receiving, unloading and distributing deliveries.other duties as assigned.Qualifications• Must be 16 years or older to apply• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Passion for working with people• Energetic, fast-paced, flexible work style• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment• Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude while maintaining a guest focused mentality• Willingness to learn and embrace change• Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and administrative skills• Ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs• Customer service experience preferred, but not required• Availability & Assessment REQUIRED when applying
