  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.

  • Engage in proactive communication with supervisors, fellow practitioners, and families to ensure coordinated care strategies are in place.

  • Schedule, conduct, and document appointments, including home visits and assessments, to ensure ongoing evaluation of client progress.

  • Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss a client’s treatment progress and modify plans as necessary.

  • Ensure adherence to treatment programs by monitoring client participation and adjusting strategies based on feedback and clinical outcomes.

  • Complete and maintain accurate records of treatment notes and progress updates on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • \n
  • Organize training sessions for staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about treatment plans and documentation requirements, promoting clinical competency.

  • Provide relentless support through ongoing assessments, followed by home visits for clients in need of additional assistance.

  • Participate actively in the development and implementation of improved therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from children to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Your expertise will cater specifically to individuals dealing with family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, and trauma recovery, ensuring that your therapeutic interventions are tailored to meet their needs. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant mental health discipline is required.

  • Active and unrestricted licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

  • A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
