Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Implement individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet clients' specific needs.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and evidence-based interventions.

• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure coordinated care, which includes participation in weekly case reviews and multidisciplinary team meetings.

• Provide crisis intervention and develop risk assessment and safety plans for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that empower clients to share experiences and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
