Key Responsibilities\n

  • Deliver therapeutic interventions utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) techniques in individual, group, and family settings.

  • Participate in weekly supervision sessions with a clinical director, supervisor, or lead therapist to foster continuous professional development and adherence to best practices.

  • Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with agency requirements and relevant regulatory standards.

  • Engage actively in treatment team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions to optimize patient care strategies.

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the ethical standards set by professional licensing boards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will primarily work with children and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma. Additionally, there will be cross-training opportunities to expand your skill set to include adult populations. Your role will be critical in shaping positive therapeutic outcomes, helping clients navigate their mental health challenges, and implementing tailored treatment plans to support their individual needs.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required for this role.

  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a counseling capacity.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience in providing family therapy, couples therapy, and specialized services related to substance misuse or trauma intervention is highly regarded.

  • Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, based on experience and case load.
