Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings through telehealth platforms to determine the specific needs of each patient and tailor effective treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide individualized short-term counseling sessions focused on crisis intervention for patients exhibiting a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to coping with chronic pain.

• Design and facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops that target relevant mental health topics, such as stress management and emotional resilience, encouraging patients to share and grow within a supportive community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with patients undergoing rehabilitation for spine and joint issues, many of whom can experience accompanying mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
