Job Description
AIM Properties, a property management focused company, is seeking a part-time independent contractor to assist with light office duties and delivery responsibilities.
The requirements for this position are:
- Must have a reliable vehicle that is properly insured. The vehicle will be used frequently to deliver, return, and pick up various items from different locations.
- Must be responsible, trustworthy, punctual and dependable
- Must be comfortable with waiting in line for extended periods of time in various banking institutions
- Must possess good organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently
The job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Arrive at the office location on time, the typical schedule will be 12pm-5pm.
- Use a copy machine to copy necessary paperwork/documents
- Organizing important documents into separate categories
- Driving to various financial institutions and either dropping off, exchanging or processing bank deposits and collecting the deposit receipts. The receipts must be delivered to our office by end of day.
- Mail will need to be collected from our office that is to be delivered to a nearby post office.
Compensation is $25/hr plus mileage.
We are located in Orange, CA and familiarity with the area is a plus.
