  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and concerns, which allows for the creation of personalized treatment plans.

  • Deliver individual therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in a related field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.
