This is a great opportunity for college students, student-athletes, future teachers and coaches, sports management or education majors, childcare workers, camp counselors, and anyone who enjoys working with kids. Soccer is the foundation of this role. Coaches lead soccer sessions each week and may also support introductory basketball and movement-based enrichment as our programs grow. This is more than a part-time job. It is a chance to gain experience in coaching, leadership, child development, group management, and youth sports programming. You will gain experience in youth sports coaching, early childhood development, leadership, customer service, program coordination, and enrichment programming. Compensation Coaches are paid per session. Sessions are typically 3040 minutes, and many locations include multiple back-to-back sessions. We provide paid training, curriculum support, and ongoing development. We are looking for someone who is: Passionate about working with children, Energetic, reliable, positive, and safety-focused, Comfortable leading groups and speaking confidently, Patient, adaptable, and receptive to feedback, Able to follow a curriculum while bringing personality and energy, Able to stand, jog, demonstrate basic skills, and remain active, Able to travel reliably to program locations, Able to obtain required state clearances, which we reimburse Experience in soccer, basketball, coaching, childcare, education, camps, recreation, customer service, leadership, or youth development is helpful but not required.
