Core Responsibilities Trade Operations & Execution Managing logistics and scheduling shipments, both domestic and international, to ensure smooth execution including on-time delivery at competitive costs. Communicating with clients, suppliers, warehouses, truckers, international brokers, and internal teams. Ensuring customer satisfaction by monitoring order fulfillment and addressing inquiries proactively. Accurate record and input customer orders, shipping details, and trade-related data. Noticing details, connects information, and recognizes opportunities that others may overlook. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in trade operations, logistics, finance, or related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word) or similar tools. Analytical Ability: Strong numerical skills with an ability to assess and conduct market research and analyze market data Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on precise data management and accurate reporting. Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
